Koura Bay Golf Resort is the perfect place to stay when visiting Kaikōura. Payments & Fees
Most bookings are paid when booking. Call the Hotel Reservations line to book manually, delaying payment timing.
Cancellations: Standard policies are listed on your confirmation - cancel free up to 7 days, 50% fee beyond that and to 72 hours out - thereafter 100% fee. Cancellations must be made and acknowledged by emailing Stay@KouraBayResort.co.nz (no acknowledgement, no cancellation, please follow up). Please note group bookings, peak season, vouchers and public holiday cancel policies differ.
